The firm has been primarily dealing in the matters before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi related to Infrastructure and Construction Projects & Property related disputes and conducting matters under the Alternate Dispute Resolution Mechanism and Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
  • The firm is also engaged in the matters and disputes related to Banking Laws, Recovery Proceedings, Cheque Bouncing Cases, Cases before the Debt Recovery Tribunal & Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal & Appellate Tribunal.
  • The firm is also advising and representing the Govt. Undertakings such as New Delhi Municipal Council & NBCC (India) Ltd. The Firm is also engaged in the works of Drafting and Registration of Deeds and Documents and is the Official Partners for the Execution of the Deeds and Documents of title in favour of the allottees of World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi.
