RAVI KRISHAN CHANDNA

Ravi Krishan Chandna, Advocate got enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2008. He, qualified PGD in “International Trade Laws” from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.

Ravi Krishan Chandna has been practicing in various fields since year 2008 and has been assisting Mr. Anil K Airi, Sr. Advocate for conducting various Arbitrations and matters before different Courts and Forums. He has been advising and representing the Union of India and NBCC jointly in relation to Infrastructure projects Commercial Projects and General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA Projects) of the Govt of India.

  • He is the Ast. Standing Counsel for the New Delhi Municipal Council [NDMC].
  • He is a Panel advocate at “The High Court of Delhi (Middle Income Group) Legal Aid Society”
  • He has undergone Mediators Training Program under the Delhi Dispute Resolution Society (Govt of Delhi) and presently providing services as the co-mediator managed by Delhi Govt. Mediation Center.
  • He is a Panel counsel for NBCC (India) ltd., Punjab National Bank and HDFC Bank.

VIDUSHI CHANDNA SACHDEVA

  • Vidushi Chandna Sachdeva, Advocate got enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2006.
  • She has worked with Sondhi Narula Dalal and Associates and SNG & Partners, the leading Law Firm of Delhi dealing with matters related to Banking and Recovery proceedings.   She has a vast experience in handling cases related to banking Laws and Recovery matter. She has joined Chandna & Associates and is heading the DRAT, DRT and other Banking related matters of the Firm

SHRUTI AGRAWAL CHANDNA

  • Completed BA LLB(HONS) from Amity University, Noida and got Enrolled with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh in year 2013.
  • She worked with Mr. Kamal Bhudiraja, Dua Associates, New Delhi from the date of enrolment till September 2014. Thereafter, she worked with K B Legal [Founded by Mr. Kamal Bhudiraja, former partner of Dua Associates] till June 2017.
  • She is the Panel Counsel of NBCC (India) Ltd.
  • She joined Chandna & Associates in the year 2017 and since then she has been managing and handling the Gurugram office of the Firm.

MALYAJ SEHGAL

  • Got enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in year 2022.
  • He worked with and assisted Mr. Anil K. Airi, Sr. Advocate from the date of enrolment till September 2023.
  • Thereafter he pursued his LLM and has joined Chandna & Associates.
  • He is taking care of the cases related to RERA and Consumer Protection Act amongst other cases of the firm.

SHREYANSH AGRAWAL

  • Completed LLB and got Enrolled with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh Delhi in year 2023.
  • Thereafter, he joined Chandna & Associates and assisted in various matters related to property disputes, Appellate and Writ Jurisdiction matters (Civil and Criminal).
  • At present he is taking care of the Prayagraj (Allahabad) Office of the Firm.
